Three roles. Pick the one that fits.
Each of these is a different job with a different skill set and its own assessment. Applying for the one that actually fits you beats applying for the one with the most listings — agencies screen for fit, not for enthusiasm.

Chatter
Conversation is the revenue.
Chatters handle direct messages on a creator’s account, writing in their voice to subscribers who have already paid to be there. It is a writing and sales role, and it is where the majority of an account’s revenue is actually made.
What we look for
- Writing that reads like a person, not a script
- Sales instinct without pressure
- Ability to match a creator’s voice and register
- Consistency across a full shift, not just the first hour

Social Media Manager
Chat converts. Social creates.
Social media managers run a creator’s public accounts to drive traffic toward the paid page. It is the growth engine of an agency, and consistently one of the hardest positions to fill well.
What we look for
- Current understanding of what each platform rewards now
- High, sustainable output across multiple accounts
- Judgement about content restrictions and account risk
- Evidence you have grown an account — any account, any niche

Upper Management
The job is people, not accounts.
Management roles run the teams that run the accounts — scheduling, quality, hiring and performance. If you enjoyed chatting because you liked the conversations, this is a different job rather than a promotion within the same one.
What we look for
- Evidence you have held a distributed team together
- Comfort explaining performance with numbers, not effort
- Willingness to have difficult conversations promptly
- Realism about the hours a cross-time-zone team demands
